The hotel had rooms starting from XAF125,000, which was a terrible value for money. On the surface, it looked like a full blown five stars hotel, but it was soon apparent that it was long time ago, when it saw its glory days. Still, I liked that they had a security guard on each floor seating by the lifts. The swimming pools were clean but the beach was not nice. It was relatively central and within walking distance to most of Libreville's official attractions. Anyway, Libreville was a small place, so one could walk anywhere. Still locals took taxis even for small distances. That was not necessary. The rooms were spacious, had big beds and management offered free fruit platters. The bathrooms however were dated and showers did not work well.
